Despite a high level of awareness, businesses face challenges in maintaining compliance due to regulatory complexities and resource limitations. Moving forward, businesses should consider investing in regular training programs and seeking external legal support to ensure robust compliance frameworks and mitigate risks associated with non-compliance.
